i fought my way to the bar with someone else’s money

screaming and pushing to the bar like it was the
center of time.

the clocks weep and i call to the
forces of good.

unforgiving tics.

shutters slamming shut.

cry and crawl in the brutal
starry end.

think about the end.
all ends.

time – time
crying for seconds.

wheres my drink? she asks.

next time – get it yourself.
